Removing a data source

You can remove a data source when you no longer need it.

You must have admin privileges to remove a data source.

Perform the following steps to remove a data source.

Procedure

  1. On the Menu, click Management.

    The Manage Your Environment page opens.

  2. On the Data Sources card, click Imported.

    The Data Sources page opens showing the list of existing data sources.

  3. Select the data source that you want to remove from Data Catalog.

  4. Click Unmount.

Results

A confirmation message with the status of the data source unmount process is displayed at the top of the page.
