Sensor | An element that senses a unique data stream from a device that detects, measures, or reports a unique physical property, tag, or record. For purposes of clarification, a data stream may include multiple data types, such as PLC tags, DCS tags, HMI tags, historian tags, CNC tags, and robotic system tags. Each of these, for each tag type, is considered to be a separate unique data stream even where two or more tag types are transmitted in the same data stream. Types of sensors include, but are not limited to, time series sensors (for example, temperature, humidity, and vibration sensors), optical sensors, and video sensors. |

Industrial asset | An industrial asset is what drives outcome to overcome the root cause of pain points and challenges. An asset is counted as one industrial asset when it is associated with one ML model (ML model URL). For example, Turbine is counted as one industrial asset when it is associated with one ML model URL. Child assets beneath Turbine are not considered for pricing. |
ML model | An ML (Machine Learning) model is an algorithm that generates predictions by finding patterns in field data. Each ML model is associated with one ML model URL. |
