Contact support

You can contact the Hitachi Marketplace support team if you have questions or need assistance. Here are a few examples when you can Contact Support:
  • Login issues
  • Product purchase error
  • Product customization
  • Account deletion

Procedure

  1. From the Home page, click Contact Support from Help or the footer.

    Opens an email using your default email program and populates the To field with the Hitachi Marketplace support email address.
  2. Draft your query and click Send.

    The Hitachi Marketplace support team will help you with the next steps.
