This document is intended for a buyer who wants to purchase a product from the marketplace. A buyer can have multiple roles, such as the User or Company Admin.

Roles on Hitachi MarketplaceResponsibilities
User
  • Explore the marketplace for products, services, and offerings.
  • Request for a trial, demo, or POC before making a purchase.

All users are assigned this role by default.

Company Admin
  • Create and manage users.
  • Buy and assign products to users.
  • Send invitations to other team members to join the marketplace.
