Cancel the product subscription

  1. Last updated
  2. Save as PDF

You can cancel your product subscription any time. Your access to the product instance will be terminated.

Procedure

  1. On the product page, click Manage App.

  2. Click Cancel Subscription.

    A warning message appears stating that you will not have access to the product after cancelation.

  3. Click Yes to cancel your subscription. You will receive an email notification of the cancellation.
